This beautiful old period house is located just off the Malone Road in Belfast.

We undertook a full renovation of the existing property and also added a large new extension to provide a new open plan kitchen / living area, utility room, pantry and additional bedroom space.

This was a sympathetic restoration project to maintain as much of the original character as possible and add to it with new complementing work.
