Martinez Avenue, Belfast is a new build retirement home for our client.
The construction is Timber Frame with a mixture of brick and rendered blockwork walls.
Timber frame construction allows for high levels of insulation and air tightness using specialist membranes.
Also, the windows are high performance triple glazed PVC.
This all means this will be a very warm home and reduce energy bills for our client.
We think it has turned out very well and our client is also delighted with their new home.
