This was an old period house that we extended and converted in to 3 separate apartments.
The building was completely renovated with all new windows fitted, roof slates replaced, plumbing and electrics replaced with new, insulation upgraded, fully re-plastered, new joinery fitted such as new doors, trims, skirting boards, new kitchens and bathrooms installed.
Basically a complete strip out and modernisation of the old property to create 3 light and fresh new apartments.
