- Appearance: Although simplistic in design externally this house was finished with contemporary touches such as the z-stone cladding to the porch and chimney and the contrasting black windows with a clean white render
- Notes: SC Developments worked closely with the clients to design a house in keeping with those in the area for planning reasons but with external design aesthetics to set it apart. Internally it has an open planned kitchen and dining area with a vaulted ceiling giving an open and spacious feel
