We carried out a complete renovation to this for our clients on this project.

We also built a new rear extension to create an en suite to serve the master bedroom and also built a new porch to open up the entrance hallway.

The existing attached garage was converted in to additional living space to create a modern open planned kitchen, dining, living area.

The house was completely re-wired and re-plumbed with new boiler, underfloor heating, radiators and bathroom sanitary ware fitted throughout.

New A rated windows and doors were fitted throughout. And thermal insulation was also upgraded to all elements of the house.

We carried out all joinery, tiling and decoration internally and associated drainage and site works externally.
