Whinney Hill is an exceptional new build house approximately 4500ft2, located in the sought after Holywood Hills in County Down.

This is an incredibly detailed and complicated build with many subtle but very detailed aspects.

The build has mixture of different construction methods and finishes; which include; in situ shuttered concrete walls, traditional masonry brick and block walls, rendered finish, timber cladding etc to walls. The roof is a mixture of natural slate, PVC flat roofing and corrugated metal cladding.

The finishes include a bespoke joinery fit out package including kitchen, bar, bedroom wardrobes etc. And the floor and walls were finished with a mixture of natural timber, tiles, and carpets.

This very unique project was finished to the highest possible standards, and hopefully the pictures do it justice and speak for themselves.
